Good morning. My name is Matt folky and I'm currently an assistant principal at Wilbur Elementary in the colonial school district, and a couple of things I loved about the admin. Induction program was first and foremost TJ, and Joe that amazing job of just facilitating the sessions. Just their wisdom, their guidance, their tips and hacks that they've had as Leaders going through the ranks. Just like, we are was a great opportunity. Another thing I loved was they gave us the opportunity to collaborate with other leaders? It was not
Sit and get, it was an opportunity to really rub shoulders with other leaders around the state which I loved and the growth mindset that they modeled was amazing. The fact that you're never there as a leader, you could always get better each day and you have to apply yourself. You have to be intentional about it, but it was amazing how they modeled that in their leadership. I love the book candida and compassionate feedback. I think it's an amazing read for the opportunity, for me to get better as an instructional leader to help my
 Teachers, I'm already using lots of the tips and that book to help with my instructional leadership and specifically with working with teachers on their action, steps for them to get better in their practice. So then of the day was just a great opportunity for me to sharpen my craft to get better as a leader. And again, they did a great job, facilitating the sessions and also bringing different guest speakers into to hear from their experiences. So I thought it was a great program. I highly enjoyed it and

How fast these school years, go, our goal throughout this entire year has been to introduce you to the PCL standards. So you can lead better and grow faster each month. As we went through them. I think you saw the richness of the standards, but more importantly, how could you apply them? So you're that much.
 Better of an administrator for your staff and your students. We've come a long way from Mission Vision, core values, cultural responsiveness, professional capacity, and school Improvement. All critical. And those are just some of the favorites, I have. So, with that, we're asking you for a brief testimonial, a take away an impact, something that we discuss you, learn something you did in your setting.
