Taking a step up in my role as a manager in his later is come with with challenges, but I guess the benefit of a program like the Rhythm effect is it's given me a roadmap and a framework for how I navigate this leadership journey, and it's really been one of the first steps to making myself more comfortable in the role that I'm in its equipped me with practical tools to handle the challenges of my role and it's also helping to reduce the frequency of these challenges.
I think having someone in my corner like Paul to walk alongside me in this journey has also been a real benefit. He's provided me with tangible and meaningful insights along the way and that's really assisted in my confidence and my ability to try new things and to persist with good habits. So I can't recommend this program or I lie.

A quick request if I...

Hi there, Pole here and the quick request. If I may, to get you to follow the prompts and quickly give us a video testimony, your words are already appreciated. And putting some video down is a fantastic way to reflect on your experience during the program. And it's also something that could help others in the future when making a decision on whether the program is right for them or no. Ah, wonderful way to lift your ING profile online too. So please follow the prompts. I I thank you in advance for your time. And more importantly, I look forward to seeing what you do post the program and possibly working with you again. Thank you so much. Have a great day You
