You. Hi. I just wanted to take 2 seconds to let you all know how amazing David is. I am 50 years old. I had a gastric bypass surgery and lost an amazing amount of muscle mass. I couldn't pick up my dog's food to get in the carriage to bring home, so I went into him, sat down with him, and said, hey, listen, I need help. Within a month and a half, he's got me lifting dog food and back to my normal self. I can't thank him enough. I absolutely despise the gym. Hate it with a passion. He is the only human that's actually gotten me in the gym, and I enjoy going because I see such an amazing progression with my strength. I just want to take 2 seconds, let you guys know. And like I said, he's amazing. He's worth his weight in gold. Even my husband's onto them now, so it's kind of stuck with both of us. Give them a shot. You will not regret it, I promise. All.

Welcome & request testimonial

Hey, I love to ask your help with something. I am trying to get some testimonials, whether they be written or or video video is going to be more powerful, but written will be just just fine as well. What I'd like for you to do is just shoot a quick video, maybe 20 seconds to a minute, just explaining why you like the studio, how it's different. I really like to talk about
Out the the idea that you know, that it's a community, it's it's more comfortable. We push you harder than you would probably get pushed on your own maybe like the fact that I've been doing this for a long time, maybe like the fact that my son works with me. It is convenient, anything you come up with. Just, I want to make sure that you guys are definitely getting results and you can talk about your results, but because it helps me a lot and and it
Deeply deeply deeply appreciates, kind of Life. Blood of our businesses to get testimonials. Thanks.
