You. Hi, good morning. My name is Kathy and I have been with David for 20 years. I am a runner and I thought I would start working out. I thought I had it made. I've been running and running and practicing for my first marathon in 2001, and lo and behold, I was quite surprised when it began to work out with Dave and realized that I needed to develop my strength even further. I have been with him three days a week since that time and have run in over twelve marathons. I haven't been running marathons lately, but I still run and I still keep in shape, and I couldn't have done it without Dave. I realized that I can run. I can exercise for free based on my age with silver or sneakers, but I wouldn't do it any other way except being with Dave. Thank you.

Welcome & request testimonial

Hey, I love to ask your help with something. I am trying to get some testimonials, whether they be written or or video video is going to be more powerful, but written will be just just fine as well. What I'd like for you to do is just shoot a quick video, maybe 20 seconds to a minute, just explaining why you like the studio, how it's different. I really like to talk about
Out the the idea that you know, that it's a community, it's it's more comfortable. We push you harder than you would probably get pushed on your own maybe like the fact that I've been doing this for a long time, maybe like the fact that my son works with me. It is convenient, anything you come up with. Just, I want to make sure that you guys are definitely getting results and you can talk about your results, but because it helps me a lot and and it
Deeply deeply deeply appreciates, kind of Life. Blood of our businesses to get testimonials. Thanks.
