Due to this, software development is high in demand and it also allows me to learn new technologies so that I can feel myself updating.

In my last project, one of my greatest challenge is to handle multiple requests coming from IoT devices. As we have multiple IoT devices and each of the devices sending data in every second. So it is very difficult to get each and every record in our database properly due to a less of time. So we decided to make rnd on that clients allows me some time for Rnd. And after that, I found one solution that is IoT Core. IoT Core is a queuing service that allows you to hold all the data and insert it one by one in the given database instance so that you can get all the records in a proper manner.

For limited crossover us with offshore customers. We need to understand the exact requirements of the client while he is creating a new task or explaining a new task. After that, when you got all these tasks list, you need to go through each of them one by one. And if you find any queries, just note it down so that once you're done with all these queries passed, then you can sort them all in one time with the client. One more thing if you ask clients to make some tasks in advance, so that it is really helpful for both of you, suppose if you done with your existing tasks and after that you need a new task. If the task is already created in advance, you need to directly switch over them and start working. You don't need to wait for clients and this is more productive.

So, one of the challenges that we face with working with customers, in varying time zones, is the lack or limited crossover time between development teams and India and then the customers elsewhere. Sometimes, this is as little as two or three hours a day crossover. What would be great is to hear some of the ways that you manage this limited cross over time and make sure that you make the most out of those crossover hours to set yourself.
