Have you had a chance this time to complete your mind time and body audits or had a mini audit version this time if so, make sure you put it into spreadsheet when you can see can keep track doesn't need to be perfect. You don't have to add any extra detail and all of it's just about capturing what you can notice so we can track you reflections across the program. You score a point for each of these each day, which means a maximum of 21 each week.

Elements, We score these out of 90 each week

Be cool, nine main areas of life elements, and we score each of those elements out of 10 each week, which means you can have a maximum element score of 90.

Your HU score is /111 each week. Your aim is to beat last week's score

So that means your power cells score and your elements for added together can be a maximum of 111 each week. And your aim is simply to record track and beats last week school.
