Your username is the email address associated with your account. This can be updated at any time (so long as the email address is not being used by another VideoAsk account).
Change the email address of your account
1. Click your username to access your user menu
2. Select My Account
3. Here you will see your account credentials. Choose Update email to change the email address of your account.
Note: Changing the email address of your account will also change where you receive email notifications.
4. For security reasons, before you can update your email address you will be prompted to reenter your password.
Update your password
1. Under My Account
2. Under Your account credentials, click Update your password
3. You will now be sent an email at the email address currently associated with your account.
4. Check your email for a message from VideoAsk, subject "Reset your password". Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. 🙂
