This template produces a multi-step videoask and uses uses the Calendar answer type to schedule meetings using Calendly, Hubspot Meetings, or Acuity.
Create your steps (5 in total)
STEP 1: WELCOME
Video: a brief introduction and a question to get going!
“Hello! This is [name] with [business] and we’re here to help you [main benefit] with [product/service]. Are you ready to learn more?”
Answer type: Choice
(providing only one Choice option will create a single button)
STEP 2: QUALIFICATION
Video: Explain that you’ll be asking some qualifying questions before giving the option to book a time to meet.
“Awesome. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we need a little more information. Answer the following questions and you’ll be asked to book a call with our team. [Qualifying question #1] ?”
Answer type: Choice
STEP 3: MORE QUALIFICATION
Video: Ask another qualifying question.
Answer type: Choice
STEP 4: OPEN QUESTION
Video: Ask an open-ended question to collect more information.
“Could you tell us a little bit more about any specific requirements you think you might need? After this step you’ll be prompted to book in a call.”
Answer type: Open
(choose if you’d like to receive answers as video, audio, and/or text)
STEP 5: BOOK A TIME
Video: Say thank you and allow respondents to book a time to meet with you.
“Thanks so much for your time, we look forward to speaking with you soon. Simply book a time here in our calendar here.”

(connect your calendar using Calendly, Hubspot Meetings, or Acuity.)

Turn on Collect Contact Details
- Open Settings for your videoask
- Toggle Collect contact details to ON and update Collect contact details after step… to STEP 1
