Make cluttered inboxes a thing of the past by deleting interactions you no longer need. Maybe you want to delete a test response or clear out all those Anonymous responses filling up your inbox - if this is the case, say goodbye to those irrelevant interactions.Ā
Note that deleting responses from your account will not affect your usage for the month.Ā
š Before proceeding š Please, please make sure you really don't need what you are about to delete. Once you have permanently deleted an interaction, this can't be reversed and we'd hate for you to lose any important content.

You can delete an interaction directly from your All Interactions feed or by heading to the inbox of the videoask the interaction is linked to.

SelectĀ All interactions.
Click the three vertical dots next to the response you want to delete.
SelectĀ Delete entire conversation.
If you're 100% sure you want to delete this interaction, click Yes, delete it.

Delete an interaction from the videoask inbox
Select the videoask where the interaction you want to delete is linked to.
Click the three vertical dots next to the interaction you want to delete.
SelectĀ Delete entire interactionĀ to delete the response and any follow-up interactions.
If you're 100% sure you want to delete this interaction, click Yes, delete it.
