Video controls let creators and respondents skip to an exact position in a video, mute and unmute the sound, speed up playback, turn closed captions on and off, and make the video full screen.

As a creator, you can remove the option for respondents to see and use these video controls from the advanced settings area of your videoask builder.
Jump to:
Skip to an exact position
You can jump to an exact position in a video by using the bar at the top of the screen. This will be reflected in the timestamp:
Mute
You can mute or unmute the sound by clicking the microphone symbol:
Closed captions (CC)
You can turn closed captions on or off by clicking the CC symbol:

You can go in and out of full-screen mode by clicking the full-screen symbol:
