Want a quicker, friendlier way to schedule meetings and appointments? Embed your Calendly calendar in a videoask to book appointments in a video form, funnel, or your website's welcome widget.
Calendly is an online scheduling platform that can synchronize multiple calendars and display your availability on a single calendar. Select the calendar answer type when creating a new videoask, and people will be able to book a meeting with you from directly within your videoask.
Here’s what people will see when you share a Calendly invite through VideoAsk:

Don't use Calendly? You can also schedule meetings in a videoask using Hubspot Meetings, Squarespace's Acuity Scheduling, or OnceHub.
Use Calendly in your videoask
Log in to your VideoAsk account and select the videoask you want to edit. Click Build to open your videoask builder (or learn how to create your first videoask).
Click the + icon where you want to Add a new step.
💡Tip: You can also drag the Calendar answer type from the left side menu and drop it over the + icon to add a new step.
Select your video footage source and add any desired overlay text, then click Continue.
By default the answer type will be set to Open Ended. Click the answer type to change it.
Select Calendar from the dropdown menu.
You'll now be prompted to add your scheduling link to your videoask.
To get your Calendly scheduling link, go to your Calendly account and click Copy link.
Paste the link into the scheduling link field.
Confirm that your calendar scheduling link is from Calendly from the dropdown options.
If you have enabled a contact form prior to your calendar step, then the respondent's contact details will autofill when they book their appointment.
Note: Name and email address are the only pieces of information that can automatically be passed from VideoAsk to Calendly with a calendar booking. Because Calendly considers a phone number a custom field, even if this has been collected in your contact form it will not appear in the Calendly booking.
If you would like to view a respondent's answers to your videoask prior to your meeting with them, responses to any other steps in your videoask can be viewed in your VideoAsk inbox.
