Verifying your VideoAsk account

When you sign up for a VideoAsk account, we send you a verification email to check it's really you. 

Once you've signed up, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you'll see this message:


To verify your account, open your email app and look for an email from VideoAsk with the subject Verify your VideoAsk account:


Open the email and click Confirm my account: 


And that's it! Check out how to create your first videoask. 🎉


I signed up for an account, but I can't see a verification email from VideoAsk. 🙁

First up, check your spam folder. Here's how to do that.

If it's not there either, wait 15 minutes. Occasionally our verification emails can take a little time to reach your inbox, so check both your inbox and spam folders again after 15 minutes. 🙏

If you still don't see the email, get in touch with our Support team, by clicking the Videoask us button at the bottom of this page, so we can look into the issue further for you.

Why have I received an email from VideoAsk? 📧
