Automated email notifications are sent to alert you when you get a new response. If you want to customize your settings to receive notifications only for responses with contact details, follow these steps to turn off email notifications for anonymous responses:

Click the Account & Org settings icon to open your user menu.

Select Notifications.

Scroll down and switch off the Anonymous notifications setting.
